* Since the invitations that have been personalized cannot be used again, you cannot cancel them after they have been printed. If you cancel your order before you confirm the invitation samples, your money will be refunded within 7-14 working days.
* If there are any defects in your product during delivery, we will pay for the new production of the damaged parts
* For orders over 350 € you will not be charged shipping costs.
* Our deliveries are only valid for European countries and England.
*By selecting the delivery time, you determine when your product will be handed over to the shipping company. In extreme cases, such as delays due to severe weather conditions or regulations due to the current pandemic situation, there may be delays of up to 5 days. In the event of such a delay, you will be informed of the situation by our team in good time.
*Additional costs are incurred for the delivery time of 3-10 days, as orders are brought forward in the work schedule. Shipping costs are not included in this sum.
