Refund policy

* Since the invitations that have been personalized cannot be reused, you cannot cancel them after they have been printed. If you cancel your order before you confirm the invitation samples, your money will be returned to you within 7-14 working days.

*  If there are any defects in your product during delivery, we will pay for the new production of the damaged parts
