* Since the invitations that have been personalized cannot be used again, you cannot cancel them after they have been printed. If you cancel your order before you confirm the invitation samples, your money will be refunded within 7-14 working days.

* In the event of a defect in your product during delivery, the damaged parts will be restored.

* You can choose which shipping company you would like to receive your goods with during the order process. The prices for delivery are the prices that are generally set by the supplier.

* Our deliveries are only valid for European countries and England.
