The website www.inadaschenstor.de is made by Ores Vertriebs - und Verwaltungs GmbH (see imprint) operated. 

  1. Scope of the general terms and conditions

1.1 With the conclusion of the contract (section 2. Of these general terms and conditions), the following general terms and conditions become part of the contract between Ores International Sales and Verwaltungs GmbH, Vorsfelder Strasse 54, 38350 Helmstedt, and the customer.

1.2 The provider provides its services exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions.

1.3 Orders / inquiries: Use the website of the website, the app or please contact us via our service via WHTASApp by phone.

  1. Creating of the contract

2.1 The information listed on the Invitation Store.de website includes an offer to the customer to submit a contract offer.

2.2. The customer gives a corresponding contract offer for the paid print order on the website www.inadaschenstore.de by all of whom he has required for the conclusion of the contract, in particular the map he wanted, the design and personal specifications of the cards he wanted - and family names, his full residential address, his email address, entered his mobile number and his date of birth in the shop system from www.inladungstore.de and sends the completed form electronically to the provider via the website or app. If the customer only wants to make a non-binding request to the provider without an obligation to buy, the customer can contact the live chat on the website, the path of email-traffic, on social media or via WhatsApp-service . 

2.3. The provider is unable to reject the contract declaration contained in the completed order form. Contract declarations of people under the age of 18 are generally rejected.

2.4. The shipping of the printed cards takes place in the name and for the invoice of Ores International Sales and Verwaltungs GmbH, Vorsfelder Strasse 54, 38350 Helmsted.

Right of withdrawal

You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email). The deadline begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the contract is concluded and not before fulfilling our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with Section 1 (1) and 2 EGBGB and our obligations in accordance with Section 312e (1) sentence 1 BGB in Connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Revocation consequences

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received on both sides must be returned and, if necessary, drawn uses (e.g. interest). Sketches, designs, trial prints, samples and similar work prompted by the client can therefore also be charged if the print order should be canceled, i.e. you exercise your right of withdrawal. The procurement costs incurred until then can also be calculated, e.g. special paper, which was ordered specially at your request and is not available from us. The common types of paper are of course in stock with us.

If you cannot return the performance received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated state, you may have to make us value replacement. This can lead to the fact that you have to fulfill the contractual payment obligations for the period until the revocation. Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days. The deadline begins for you with the sending of your declaration of cancellation, for us with their reception.

In the event that the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal, he has to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or if the customer is not Higher price of the matter at the time of revocation has not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial service. Otherwise, the return for the customer is free of charge.

Special notes

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract is fully fulfilled on your express request from both sides before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.

Our valid general terms and conditions apply. Features of the services and prices are described directly in connection with the service offered. The contract between you and us concludes in the following: You enter the required data in the registration mask (desired printing order, name, address, email address and date of birth). You can change the order data at any time until the order is sent. The changes can be made using mouse and/or keyboard. After pressing the "Order" button, they submit a binding declaration to the Ores Sales - and Verwaltungs GmbH about the appointment of a pressure order. At the same time, they accept our general terms and conditions.

  1. Correction deductions/sentence error

The provider immediately sends a correction deduction of the cards by email after the delivery time (depending on the workload) or 7-10 days (depending on the workload) after receipt of the customer's order to the customer in the format PDF. Correction deductions and prints must be checked by the customer for sentence and other errors and to return it to the print. The provider is not liable for errors that the client overlooked, except in the case of the provider's intent. The provider may, however, not, if the customer's obviously overlooked errors, can again send the proof of correction to the customer for a further correction. 

6. tolerances

Minor color deviations (+/- 10%), stand differences (= positioning of the pressure and the cut), quality fluctuations are permitted due to the technical conditions due to the technical conditions for the respective paper manufacturer and/or the different printing processes and paper types cannot be excluded. We reserve low deviations in quality and execution due to the manufacturing process (partly manual work). Deviations to color and opacity, especially with structural papers, cannot be excluded. Minor additional or less deliveries are permitted for pressure orders for technical reasons and may be offset (+/- 10%).
These tolerances correspond to the current state of the art and are common in the printing industry or correspond to the trade in the printing industry. Tolerances are excluded in the event of intent or gross negligence. These deviations also apply and especially for reprint orders.

  1. Payment methods, delivery times, prices, shipping costs

7.1 Payment takes place when delivery is made depending on the desired payment method (cash on delivery/credit card, immediately, PayPal). Shipping and packaging costs are calculated separately. 

7.2 Delivery times

The customer delivery time can be selected by the customer himself. The shipment for shipping is completed within 1-2 or 3-4 weeks. The delivery itself lasts 3-7 working days (within the EU) from the receipt of the pressure release (imprimature) on the following working day. The date mentioned refers to the delivery of the delivery, provided that we are supplied properly and in time; The supplier cannot be held liable for the exceeding of the delivery time by the manufacturer/transporter or by force majeure, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. 

7.3 The prices of the provider specified are final prices, i.e. they contain all price components, including statutory sales tax. Additional shipping costs are specified separately for the respective product range. 

Depending on the country, there are various shipping costs outside of Germany, please ask for the shipping costs to the desired delivery country.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, there are further costs in individual cases, such as further taxes and/or levies, for example in the form of tariffs. These costs are dependent on the country and can be requested from the provider in advance, the amount of those please inquire directly from the responsible customs office.

7.4 If delivery to the customer is not possible, the freight forwarder commissioned by the seller sends the goods back to the seller, with the customer has to bear the costs of the unsuccessful delivery, insofar as he is responsible for the unsuccessful delivery. This does not apply if the seller had announced the delivery to the customer a reasonable time in advance or if the customer exercises his right of withdrawal by returning.

7.5 If prepayment is agreed, the payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded.

7.6 In Maengel, which are created through or during the delivery, we are liable with reimbursement in the form of new goods.

7.7 The products are produced outside of Germany and sent to our distribution center. From there the order reaches the end customer. 

  1. Warranty

The legal warranty rights apply. In the event of a complaint, we ask for a written consultation with the provider. The provider reserves the right to improve the goods after his choice and/or to deliver replacement or to reimburse the costs. If it is improved, this happens within a reasonable period of 14 working days after determining the defect by us. This should always be done in consultation with the customer because we want to satisfy every customer. For this purpose, the maengel on the products are to be recorded with photos. 

  1. Liability of the provider

9.1. The provider is only liable for other damage than caused by violation of life, body and health if they are based on intentional or grossly negligent action or on the culpable violation of an essential contractual obligation by the provider, his employees or his vicarious agents. This also applies to damage from the violation of obligations in contract negotiations and from the presentation of unauthorized actions. An additional liability for compensation is excluded.

9.2. Liability is, in addition to willful or grossly negligent behavior, the violation of a cardinal obligation or the violation of life, body and health by the provider, his employees or his vicarious agents on the damage that is typically predictable when the contract is concluded and, moreover, the amount typical of the contract Average damage limited. This also applies to indirect damage, especially lost profit.

9.3. The provisions of the product liability laws remain unaffected.

All rights to texts and images lie with the provider or his representative. A further use by third parties requires prior approval.

  1. Salvatory clause

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become ineffective in whole or in part, or if the contract contains a regulatory gap, the effectiveness of the other provisions or parts of such provisions remains unaffected. Instead of the ineffective or missing provisions, the respective legal regulations occur

We only use your data to process your order. The data will not be passed on to third parties (our service providers are except for the purpose of contract processing, e.g. shipping company). 

For our own advertising purposes, we depict the cards ordered on our homepage in individual cases and/or we exhibit them at trade fairs. If you do not want this, please a short message, then your last name or address will be made unrecognizable.
